These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Frim Rides website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Frim Rides Ltd. ("Frim Rides," "we," "us," or "our").

3. Nature of the platform
Frim Rides is a carpooling platform that connects private individuals who wish to share trips. We are not a transportation carrier, taxi service, or employer of drivers. Drivers and riders enter into arrangements directly with one another, subject to these Terms.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Driver and rider responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Comply with applicable traffic, vehicle, and insurance laws
- Provide accurate trip, vehicle, and profile information
- Treat other users with respect and follow community guidelines
- Not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
6. Payments and fees
Contributions for shared trips may be processed through third-party payment providers. Frim Rides may charge service fees as disclosed in the app. You authorize us and our payment partners to process payments in accordance with these Terms and applicable payment terms.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are displayed in the Services and may vary by trip type, timing, and user role. We reserve the right to update cancellation policies with reasonable notice where required.
8. Safety and verification
We may offer identity verification, ratings, and safety features, but we do not guarantee the conduct, qualifications, or reliability of any user. You use the Services at your own risk and should exercise reasonable judgment.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not interfere with the Services, scrape or reverse engineer our systems, harass other users, misrepresent your identity, or violate any applicable law while using the platform.
10. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding, and content provided by Frim Rides, are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRIM RIDES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
